Switch to T2G from Ict

Hi

I got my Tier 2 ICT established staff visa stamped on 2010 Oct and entry in uk May 31-2011. I've renewed visa 4 times in UK (2011/2013/2015/2018). Now my self and dependents have visa until 2021 Nov. I have following queries ,it would be great if you could help with these questions.

1. I spent uk in 8 year, So can I switch to Tier 2 General within UK if I get sponsor?
2. If I switch to general, will my dependents can still stay with current visa (Ict dependent)
3. After 2 years, once 10 years completed, can I and family go for ILR in 10 years route?
