Stamp 4

Post by Egoyinbo » Tue Jun 11, 2019 7:13 pm

Hello everyone. Hope we are all keeping well.
I will be very happy if someone could help me out here. My stamp 4 permission will be due for renewal next year. I got my stamp 4 through my EU child. I will like to know how to go about the renewal. It’s not stated on my letter how or where to renew the permission. Thanks all.

If it is Zambrano, you need to return to your local immigration officer to renew it. If it is Chen type case relating to non-Irish EU child, then you will need to apply to the department of Justice to extend it, there are no proscribed form for this. A written letter may need to be sent to the EU treaty rights team.

Thanks so much Obie, u are a star! The permission was granted after meeting the relevant conditions set out in the Chen judgement.
My local office registration officer told me I need to apply again, in the same way as the 1st time, to renew the permission.
If I have to write a letter, which I don’t know how to, would u be kind to help me out? I don’t mind the consultation. Once again, thank you!
