Right-to-work check-up online service

Hi,
I tried to use the Right-to-work check-up online service which is on the link below but it keeps giving me ‘We can't show your record’. Is it just me or this is something common. I applied for Set (0) in March 2019 and still waiting for the decision

So have your previous leave expired now or still have time?
