:?: I am planning to apply for TIER1 in Sep 2008 from India. My Husband is in UK on work permit till jan 2009 (approx might also get extended)

What I shall fill in section 5a (Is your patner accompanying u or joining later) Yes or NO.

If I fill Yes then I have to give tentative date of his travel in section 7--> Which I am not clear with.

If I fill NO then I think for atleast 12 months he cannot switch to dependent visa. After , 12 months (from the reception of Tier1) I hope I can file for his dependent visa.

Please provide your inputs.
