10 year ILR (LR) requirements Help Needed

Post by rayleo1990 » Fri Jun 28, 2019 9:15 am

Hi Guys,

Thank you in advance for your great help and guidance as always. My solicitor has recommended me to go for 10 year ILR (LR). can you please suggest me what kind of documents I will be needing for it?

My Wife's dependent visa is untill sep 2020, and i will be eligible to apply for 10 year LR by End of Feb.
I know it will reset the clock to zero, but when does she needs to switch to set(M). if i apply in Feb, can she wait until her visa expires in sep 2020, and apply after i get my ILR?

- What extra documents she would need?
- what are the main requirement for myself when i apply in Feb? if you could please highlight, i'd be very grateful.
- In order to meet salary threshold, can she combine two part time jobs to make £18600? Please input your suggestions?

Thank you very much

Your heading suggest you need ILR LR help but you are asking about your dependents FLR(M) visa which is not relevant to the ILR sub forum. Please do not use one topic in ILR sub forum to ask about ILR LR and FLR(M), they are two completely different applications. Post in the family immigration sub forum for FLR(M).

The sooner she applies the sooner her clock will start for 5 year ILR. She also should not travel out of the UK until she has switched to FLR(M).

You should read the FLR(M) guidance notes and the many topics in the family immigration sub forum.

Done any research on the 100s of topics recently posted on the forum??

Yes but you need 12 months evidence then.
