Refused asylum but now have a British child

Post by MissJay » Tue Jul 02, 2019 11:21 am

Hello. Please can I get some advice. I claimed asylum in the UK and got refused in 2016 after I made an appeal. However, I now have 5 month old who is a British Citizen. I am the sole carer and we are not together with the father. I would like to know what application I can make to the Home Office in order to regularise my stay here. As it is I am a refused asylum seeker. Do I need to apply for a fresh claim or I just need to make an application as Zambrano carer. Your help will be much appreciated.
