Tier 2 dependent child visa

Hi All,

I am currently on tier 2 general visa and we need to apply for dependent visa for our new born child in UK.
I have submitted the application online and booked appointment for photo/bio-metric.

I have few queries in uploading scanned documents. Could you please assist.

Mandatory Document:
Proof of Identity/Travel History--> Here i have uploaded the passport document. Do i have to upload UK Full Birth certificate also?

Optional Documents:
Other-->
Residence in UK --> Should I upload main applicant address relevant document like utility bill or driving licence etc?
Finances --> Our Employer is 'A' rated sponsor and Maintenance fund is approved for both main applicant and dependents. Do we still need to upload the bank statement?
Proof of Business --> not applicable
Life Events--> Should we upload the birth certificate of applicant? do we need to upload parents marriage certificate also?
Medical Information --> since child is born in UK, no need of any medical documents
Sponsors/Employment --> for dependents, i assume this is not relevant
Educational --> no education documents for child
Proof of Application --> What document to upload here?

Do we have to upload main applicant BRP? if yes, where to upload (document type)?
