Tier 2 Change of Employment with Simple Caution

Hi,

I got a simple caution on March 2018 and now I have to apply for a change of employment.
Is it possible for HO to reject my application because of the caution?

I have found sections of refusal rules for non-custodial sentences for ILR and LR in immigration rules, but nothing about change of employment.
