Tier-2 Underpayment / Missing Visa Payment

Hi all,

On 2nd June 2019 I have applied for Tier-2 General Visa from Istanbul, Turkey via TLSContact and paid £220 for Priority Service.

While filling my application form, I have answered the question "Is your job with *** on the shortage occupation list?" as "Yes".

My Job code is 2135. 2135 appears in Shortage Occupation List but my type of Job is not under the shortage occupation(as my employer said) which I realized later after my application. My assigned CoS is not under Shortage Occupation List.

I paid £146 less for the visa fee mistakenly. I sent a email to Home Office to pay remaining fee and now I am waiting for the answer. I will also call them on Monday morning to support my email.

Do you have any advices to me?
Have any of you had a similar problem?
Do you think they will accept me to pay £146 additional? or they will refuse?
