RCoS application pending since April

Hello everyone,

I'm new here but I've been following all the new threads since March.

According to my prospective employer, they requested a new RCoS on April 5, but since then the status of the request is still "pending" even after each monthly meeting (April, May, and June).

I got 44 points and as I noticed in the previous monthly allocation, some people got their RCoS with 41, 35 and 31 points.

I'm wondering if possible there is something wrong with their application and if this is that common, I mean an application maintains the status "pending" for three months.
