Please help, Spouse 'Nickname' on communication log

Hi all,
Please I need advice or clarification

I and my spouse made a spouse visa application, over a month ago and should be hearing from the HO any moment from next week. But I have suddenly realised that that name on our communication logs and birthday and anniversary cards are our pet mame/Nnicknames and not the same as the name on our official document. Please would this be a problem to the success of application?

If they also shows your real official names too somewhere apart of nicknames then should be no issue.
