Hello readers,My current status is refused asylum seeker.My asylum refused in 2016 then in 2017 I met my british partner.We started living together from february 2018 in my mother in laws house.Then we moved our rented flat on may 2018.We have utility bills,council tax,midwife maternity book where my name as partner in same address included etc.As my partner due to given birth on october.Now my question is am I eligible to apply after baby born & gets his british passport or shall I wait two years living together complete first.I am bit of middle don't really know what I should do really.If I apply after baby born how many chances I get the positive result or if not what should I do?please suggest
