Document upload query

Hi I was wondering if anyone had any problems viewing their documents after they’ve uploaded them??

After uploading the documents they were fine, but the next morning I went to check and all the files were mixed up! Half of one document attached to another etc?

Can anyone tell me if that’s just an issue with the viewing tool ? But will the documents will have been uploaded?

On the receipt at the end all the documents have come up in the section boxes.

But It’s rather worrying if all the files are mixed up when the caseworker views them??
