Applying for Naturalisation using online application/UKVCAS

Dear All,

I am trying to apply for naturalisation via the ILR(5 yr) route using the online application form. I have added all the information to the application form. However, before I make the payment - I have a couple of questions.
- Question1 - I am getting only one choice for "standard service". Is that expected? No link to UKVCAS.

- Question2 - How do I use the UKVCAS(Sopra Steria) checking service? I cannot see any link for creating an account? Without an account - I cannot get the appointment and the process is stuck?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Q1. There is only standard service. You get the link to book your appointment after paying.

Q2. Pay and then directed to book an appointment. You can only book an appointment after paying.
