Got approved for ILR and never received decision letter

I got an email saying my ILR was approved and I received my BRP card in the mail. I never received my decision letter. I tried calling the UKVI customer service number and no one could help me.

I need to apply for my child’s British passport and it’s asking me to send the 16 digit reference number for ILR.

Can anyone check their ILR decision letter and see if your letter has a 16 digit reference number?

If anyone knows of any ways I can contact them to resend my decision letter in the mail please let me know. Thanks

BRP card is delivered through DX courier which is more faster than royal mail second class post which UKVI usually use to deliver the decision letter. Just wait few days.

I got the email saying it was approved on August 8th and BRP card delivered on August 13th. It’s obviously either lost or the mailman delivered it to the wrong house.
