ILR 10YEAR ROUTE APPLICATION

Dear Forum Members

I am due to apply for ILR soon under long residency. I am still not sure if the continuous residency was discontinued in one occasion where:

- the HO record (from SAR) shows that my visa(T2) was curtailed and ended on 29/10/2017. My leave(T2) on BRP was expiring on 17/12/2017. Though they have said a letter was sent to me via recorded delivery, I never received that.

- On 15/117/2017(28 days prior to previous leave) I made another application(T2) and the leave was granted within 10days.

- My company was going through TUPE. Therefore the previous and new employer were communication with the HO about the situation.

After eating the consultancy fees, 4 different solicitors concluded that they do not understand the HO records as most of the information is blacked out. The only way to find out is to make an application and wait for the reply.

I would appreciate a reply from someone who has come across similar situation.
