URGENT ADVICE NEEDED PLEASE

My partner (a Turkish national) came to the UK on a visitors visa.. Which is due to expire very soon!
How can he remain in the UK?

We are not married. We have an 8 week old child together (a British national born in the UK)

There are many reasons why we can not return to Turkey.
Unfortunately my daughter has a health issue which means she needs ongoing medical treatment for now and the foreseeable future..
She would not receive the same care in Turkey and I could not afford medical bills there.
I myself had to have a Caesarean and had many complications which i have yet to recover from so there is no way I could go back to Turkey. My partner has been the carer to both me and our baby and we both depend on him and could not manage without him.
Also, his family in Turkey have made threats against us as they did not approve of the relationship. Whilst i was in Turkey previously they had tracked us down and also had us followed etc and one day found and turned up at our home and refused to leave where the police had to be called.
I genuinely would worry for the safety of not only myself but my child if we were to go back.

Maybe he get flrfp parent of british child visa but it will be very costly, time consuming and stressful and a lot of members keep asking as when will they get decision. Easy and straightforward way maybe if you marry outside the UK and he apply spouse visa from turkey if you are earning at least £18600
