Naric application for ilr

Hi

Planning to apply for ILR for my spouse on Tier 2 general spouse visa
Naric page asks for immigration route and has the options tier 2 as well as family, settlement and nationality. Need help on which to choose i.e the current visa category or what I am applying for.Please help
