Renewing Stamp 3?..

Hi all,

We all know the story by now regarding the eufam situation.. we are one of those couples denied a stamp 4 but given a stamp 3 to (i assume) shut us up for the time being...

My question is - as my husbands stamp 3 expires in September we'd like to know if anyone has experience of renewing? Should we follow the same process.. go to local immigration office with my payslips and health insurance and he can issue it there (what we did last time) or do we have to do something else?

By the end of this month we should see a final judgement on this issue. The DoJ should be your first point of call then. They would need to issue a letter confirming your husband's "stamp" entitlement, so the GNIB can issue accordingly.

*Health insurance not required if you are working.
