Mistake in the online application

Hi

I am on Indefinite Leave to Remain(Tier 2 Genaral 5 year route) and my child is on my dependant visa (Tier 2 General Depenadant visa).

I am currently in the process of extending my child's Tier 2 Dependant visa as my husband has not yet received his ILR. I have completed the online application and made the payment and taken the appointment to submit the biometrics for later this week.
While completing the online application in the "The person you are joining or accompanying" section there was a question "Has Ms <my_name>'s sponsor agreed to certify your maintenance?" Since I am the sponsor for the current visa, I misinterpreted the question as if I would be providing the maintenance or not? So, I answered it as Yes.
We have maintained the required £630 in our personal bank accounts and I will be uploading the bank statements in the Financial section.
But since I have already submitted and payed for the application, I cannot change the answer.

Can someone please suggest what can be done in this situation.
