Market Labour Test - Tier 4 to Tier 2

Post by act618 » Mon Sep 09, 2019 8:43 pm

Hi,

I am completing my master's degree this September, and I have offer from a company who is willing to sponsor me.

I was suppose to apply my visa next week however HR informed me that the job they did offer they have not advertise 28 days and now she is looking to find a match in short occupation list to match the job offered and they will advert in their website which means I'll start to work with temp. contract then change it next month.

When I read government regulations for switching from tier-4 to tier-2 - there is no requirement to labour market research.

Can anybody advise please?
