Need Advice on if there are any payments for FLR HRO applications

Hi.
Please i need urgent advice on if or not payments are made for FLR HRO applications. My mother who visited on a 5 year visitor's visa but could not return due to critical medical conditions had to aplly to extend her visitor's visa via the FLR HRO rlute on medical grounds reasons. We did not opt to pay the surcharge because she was already paying for her treatments with the nhs. However we wrte never directed to any page to make payments for this application.
She was accessed to be qualified for mobile biometric enrolment because she could not travel. Enrolment has been done, documented taken but no payments taken. We are quite uneasy with this and would want to be sure we are doing the right thing.
Please kindly advise.
