Partial IHS Refund Tier 2 - NHS

Hi guys, I intend to make a new tier 2 visa application after just 10 months into my 3 year tier 2 visa. Am I likely to receive a partial nhs refund for the remaining 2 years left on my current visa after I make the new application?
Any information on how to go about this will be extremely helpful.
