Hello everyone,

I'm not sure if this is the right area to post the question. please accept my apologies.

My son and wife hold Tier 2 Dependant Visa which is valid till 30-Nov-2019. My wife was not able to stay back here because of health issues and so she took my son and went back to India early this year. My son is studying there and now he wants to visit UK for 2 weeks, so he can spend time with me.

He is 16 now. Can he travel alone to UK to visit me, given his visa status? I'm on ILR eligible to apply for Naturalisation in couple of months time.

Please advise.
