FLR FP Appeal to Tier 2 Visa

Post by Gcoast » Tue Sep 24, 2019 11:53 am

I was last on a Tier 4 Visa. Before expiration of that Visa I applied for an FLR FP Visa. It was rejected with an in country right of appeal. I’m currently appealing the decision at the tribunal.

During the appeal process can I switch to a Tier 2 Visa if I find a sponsor?

Your previous posts said you were refused with an OUT of country appeal right??? Now you say IN country appeal??

Unsure whether you can switch within the UK to tier 2. You have to withdraw your appeal first and that ends your Section 3C protection (presuming if you have an IN country appeal).

The decision was reconsidered and I was given an in-country right if appeal.

If I leave the country the country and apply from our outside, would I be considered as switching from Tier 4 or it would be considered as if I was never in the UK.

Also if I leave the country and then direct my solicitor to withdraw the appeal, will I still be considered an overstayer?
