I am preparing my final documents for FLR(M) extension. I am not sure whom to address I.e. which home office address to use on the letters prepared. There are several address on the website.

Your letters such as employer letter, landlord/parents/estate agent noc letter, or any covering letter can be addressed to UKVI/To whome it may concern. You dont need to sent anything in post anymore rather have to scan your doucments by yourself or through ukvcas. Read about it at below:
