Job Verification ! Need Help.

Hello Gurus,

My wife works in a small company A which is a sister company of Company B. They share the same HR.

Couple of days ago she and the HR received calls from Integra and then Bombay High Commission for details verification.

Again today her office received a call from Chennai High Commission. Since the HR was absent the call was routed to CEO of company on their request (CEO happens to work with company B). He recieved the call, mentioned she works with company A.

Then they asked him the details as her role, joining date. etc. How is he to know these? They did not seem to be convinced.
She had submitted her payslips, form-16, bank statements and company joining letter.

How do I contact them to explain the situation clearly? Can I fax them and what number? Can I call them and explain the situation?

Incase of reject, whats the procedure? Will they give her a chance to explain this clearly or not?

Chennai High Commission called back yesterday, enquired with finance team. They have sent the approved visa today.

There was some tension but now its cool.

Service was pretty fast:

7th July - Application
1 week fromt them - Integra Call
1 week fromt them - Bombay High Commision call for verification of job
22nd July week fromt them - Multiple calls from Chennai High Commission for verification.
25th July - Received approved/stamped passport
