English language requirements for Tier 2 visa

Dear all,

I would be grateful if you could inform me which reference number we need to introduce in the Tier 2 visa application form to provide the results of IELTS for UKVI. It is to note that for a matter of time I may submit my application before receiving the report from Brish Council.
