Tier 2 PBS Dependent Visa Extension - Sposnsorship / IHS Questions

Hi,

My husband recently got his ILR in Feb 2019.(Originally came in Tier 2 General)
My dependent visa is expiring in Nov 2019 ( Completing 3 years)

I am applying PBS Dependent Visa Extension for another 3 years now.

For the question
"Has <My Husband's> sponsor agreed to certify your maintenance?"
I have given 'No' as he has already received his ILR ( No more Sponsor)

and I am fine with providing the proof of Bank Statement for Maintenance of Funds.

My Question is:
For paying IHS, should I need the Certificate of Sponsor details? as I see the following in the IHS page:
"If you’re applying online, you’ll be asked for:

" your start and end dates on your certificate of sponsorship "

Please can someone clarify this for me If I need sponsorship details before I proceed to pay for the IHS.
