Tier 2 PBS dependant extension

Hi

I initially got PBS dependant for 2yrs on basis of my husband’s cos (tier 2 general). He got ILR in September. I’m due to extend my visa for another 3yrs. My visa expires in November. How earlier can I apply for extension? Is there a rule that we shouldn’t apply for extension earlier than 28days ?

Did your spouse get ILR based on 5 years tier 2?

You can extend at anytime if you meet the requirements, ie 90 days maintenance funds etc.
