PSW visa effective date and Dependant Visa

Hi,

I am planning to do my master's as part of the Jan 2020 intake (1 year degree). I see in our forum that starting Summer 2021, PSW might be effective however i will complete my degree in Jan 2021.

1) What is the exact start period when they say Summer 2021?
2) Will i still be eligible for the PSW visa?
3) Also can i apply for dependent visa for my husband & Son along with my student Visa?

It will depend exactly when in 2021 the new Graduate route is added to the immigration rules, and what the specific rules will say. There is often a Statement of Changes in early April. If the Graduate route is added then, and you still have a valid Tier 4 visa at that point, you may be able to apply.
