BRP holder living with spouse's family. Will BRP renewal be problematic?

Post by Zeeshan% » Fri Nov 01, 2019 6:44 pm

Hi

My wife and I live with my parents so we can save for a deposit for a mortgage. My wife holds a spousal visa and BRP, We don't pay any bills at the property as my father covers this. He intends to provide a letter of waiver stating he is the bill payer and as a result we don't have anything to our name apart from communications from the GP, council and the bank. I'm worried about her BRP renewal, with this few evidence available is she covered for her BRP renewal. If not what can I provide while living with my parents who don't want to change the bill account holder to include myself and my wife.

Thank you in advance, much appreciated for any help.

Anything addressed individually or jointly can be used. There are several other correspondences which almost everyone receive even not paying any rent/bill such as P60, P45, NI number notification, car insurance certificate, parking penalty notice, voter registration, mobile phone bill, tesco/other retailer club cards, hospital letters etc.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
