Switching Wife Visa from Tier1 Dependant to FLR (M)

Post by khanan » Sat Nov 02, 2019 9:38 pm

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope you all are doing well.

I switched my visa from Tier1 Entrepreneur to ILR last month. My wife came to UK in November 2016 as my dependant. She is still on the Tier1 Entrepreneur dependant visa. Now I am planning to switch her visa from Tier1 Entrepreneur dependant to FLR (M). I have the following queries:

1) What language test she is required to take? I am thinking to go for B1 GESE Grade 5. Apparently if I go for B1 she doesn't need to take the exam for her extension or ILR (i.e. once the certificate is used for HomeOffice it can be reused).
2) What application form need to be filled I find this link please if you can confirm - https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... -form-flrm

A prompt response will be appreciated.

Thank you and Regards

Were you issued with ILR under the 5 year route, or long residence :?: :?:
(Casa, not CR001)
