I have got Tier 2 visa in 2015 with SOC code 3422 “K_itchen designer” even though it was level 4 job, it was labelled as creative sector hence it was exempt from level 6 rule. Now I am going to extend my visa next year, I have had a look at my soc code again but Appendix J has been slightly changed and I couldn’t decide if I can extend my visa under same SOC code with it being creative. I just can’t seem to find related information about creative SOC codes.
