Appeal Withdrawn by home office

Hi, can anyone help me please,
My husband’s visa was refused in October 2018 and I submitted appeal in October and my hearing was on 12sept 2019but on 11thsept 2019i got fax that my appeal is cancelled they didn’t not say the reason. On 18th sept 2019 i got letter of withdrawal appeal now its been 2 months but I haven’t heart anything from them even my solicitor wrote pre-action letter and gave home office time but I haven’t heard anything yet.
What should i do please help.
