UK VISIT VISA REFUSAL

Hi Peeps,
I applied a UK visit visa for my mother which has been refused in October 2019, due to the following reasons.
1. ECO objected the cash amounts deposited in applicant's saving account.Basically no origin/source of funds given by the applicant.
2. ECO was not satisfied that she has an intention to leave the UK at the end of her visit.

3. The applicant stated on the form that she will use £700.00 on her visit which is a planned amount.Eco objected why she is planning to use £700.00 which is 6 times more than her monthly income.

PRE-ACTION PROTOCOL letter has been sent today with responses to the refusal reasons.
I want your response with regards to the reply received with a similar case by the home office.
Whether the visa was granted?
How long did it take from PAP to the grant of visa?

Hi,

1.Did u provide then evidance of source of income? How long before applying did they deposit the amount?

2.What social and economic ties evidence u provide?

Hi,
Thanks for reply.Yes we provided that the money is from her pension payment and also she receives cash gifts from children, which she deposits in cash in her bank account after spending some on expenditures.We enclosed Affidavit of eldest son to prove this.

we provided that she has a huge family her children, grand children, siblings and close friends in Pakistan.
She is a co-owner of the property in Pakistan.
She will have to receive pension in person at bank by presenting pension book , she will have to return back to receive that.
She has bank accounts in pakistan

objection was on the basis of 'origins of funds' and proposed amount of 700.00 to spend for the visit.
and intention not to return.
She visited Uk on four previous occasions but always complied with the visa conditions and reutned back before the visa expiry.

Please advice accordingly
