Visit visa for Dad. Document issue

Hello all,
I want to apply for visit visa for my father who lives in nigeria. He is a pensioner and I will be sponsoring his trip. I have uploaded the following documents on UK website:
My 3 months payslips,
My biometric card (spouse visa)
My proof of address
Letter of invitation
Letter of employment
My bank statement
Letter and receipt for his hotel booking for his accomodation .
My dad statement of acct and
Pension letter
My father has a house which was given to him by his first born. So the house is not in his name my mother and my sister lives in nigeria will this be enough to show that he has ties to his country?
I know on the day of his appointment for biometric, he needs to take with him his traveling passport, document checklist, payment slip for visa.
My second question is does my father need to take all the copies of my own documents for his appointment ?. I have uploaded all the document on the visa application website.
And finally what other things can we present as evidence to ensure the success of this application.?
