Company closure after receiving ILR through the 5 year route

Hi all,

I have received my ILR yesterday and would like to thank everyone especially senior members for helping us out with their answers to all our questions.

I had a question about the company which I was running on my Tier 1 entrepreneur visa. I secured my ILR by applying through the 5 year Tier 1 entrepreneurial route. Do I need to run this company till naturalization or till I get my British citizenship or can I close the company now if it's in loss.

Running your company has nothing to do with your citizenship, they only look for good conduct and ILR. You can apply a year after you got your ILR, they won’t ask you anything about your company.

Can you let us know your application timelines pls.
