ICT Tier 2 -> ICT Tier 2 Dependant -> Tier 2 General

Hi,
I have been in the UK from Feb 2015 starting with ICT Tier 2 followed by ICT tier 2 Dependent

ICT tier 2: Feb 2015 - Dec 2019
ICT tier 2 Dependent: Dec 2019 - Sep 2021

Is it possible for me to switch to Tier 2 General from ICT tier 2 Dependent. Do I have to complete the 12 month cooling off period. Thanks.

You are still subject to the 12 month cooling off period. You will need to hold a PBS Dependent visa for 12 months before you can apply for Tier 2 General from your home country.
