About Correct FLR Form

Post by cpduk » Sat Dec 21, 2019 3:39 pm

Dear Admin & Members

Thanks for your previous advice on my ILR dependent issues. I have received below email in last Friday but not any refund yet. hence I am going to apply for ILR dependent visa next week. I have 2 queries and need your kind advice.

*** I think there are some incorrect email wordings in first 2 lines of email because I applied with T1E Dependent form not SET O. ***

Dear Mrs xxxxx,

Thank you for your Tier 1 Dependant indefinite leave to remain (ILR) application which you submitted on 6th March 2019.

Unfortunately it appears that you have applied using the incorrect application form (SET (O)).

It is therefore open to you to submit a more appropriate application to enable you to be considered under the correct immigration route.

As the main applicant that you are joining has been granted indefinite leave to remain under 10 Year Long Residency and no longer has an open Tier 1 application, you will no longer be able to be considered as a Tier 1 dependant.

It is therefore open to you to submit a more appropriate application to enable you to vary your current Tier 1 application in line with your main applicant’s 10 Year Long Residency grant of leave.

My question is:
1. As my husband just started work for last 2 months which does not meet criteria of 6 months (but it covers 19k annual) which form should I submit FLR M or FP?
2. How many days I have to apply after receiving this email from HO?

Many Thanks again

Your previous post suggested you were going to vary to FLR FP in Nov. 2019. It looks like that did not happen.

What is the latest visa you have? Has it expired? If so, when did it expire?
