Dependent visa of UK citizen

Hi,

I got the UK citizenship last year. I am planning to apply dependent visa for my wife from India (got married last month). Could you please help on my below queries. Sorry if these are already been asked.

As per my search, there is no specific application form as it is online application submission. Is it correct?

Normally application processing time is 4 weeks. Is there any premium/faster route ??

Regarding English language, is it better to get the UKNARIC letter? Or any other certificate which will save money/time and useful in future when applying extension/ILR/Citizenship??

Any useful links for “required documentation”.
