Do I need a TB test if I'm applying for further leave to remain?

Do I need a TB test if I'm applying for further leave to remain?

I am applying to change from a tier 4 to a spouse visa in the UK. When I requested my tier 4 I was asked to provide a TB test that came negative for TB. This test expired on febreruary 2019, I have been in the UK since September 2018 and only been back to my home country for a couple of weeks?
I can't find anywhere if the TB test is needed to apply within the UK and if I can get tested here.

Not required if applying for a visa within the UK.
