payslips and Bnk Statements

Hi,

For HSMP Approval letter I have submitted 12 months payslips and 12 months bank statements ie., Feb 2007 to Jan 2008.

Now when applying for EC do I need to submit the remaining 6 months pay slips and bank statements ie., from Feb 2008 to Till date (or) recent 3 months payslips and bank statements are enough.

Once you have your HSMP approval letter, you are only required to prove that you have funds sufficient to maintain yourself once you arrive in the UK (ie. 2800 pounds, which must have been held in your bank account for the 3 months prior to your application).

Your pay slips are, therefore, irrelevant. You only need your past 3 months bank statements to prove that you hold the required maintenance funds.

You should read the british high commission website relevant to your area of the world (eg. India, New Zealand, Australia, etc). The web site has a page dedicated to the transitional arrangements in place for people with HSMP letters who are applying for EC.

Perhaps you should have read that page first.
