Hi
I'm looking for some insight into our situation , my husband is currently awaiting a decision for his ilr application .
I'm going around in circles and have a feeling it will be refused
He is self employed and has been for a year but not from the tax year of April to April.
We have given them a full 2 years worth of bank statements and a tax payment required letter and the calculation letter cant remember what it's called. With hrmc .
This includes income from employment where he no longer works. But even in the 6 or so months of self employed shown on the form he has earned above the requirement from self employed alone .
If this gets refused would it be possible to appeal using my income ? The only issue with mine is that I had only started working 3 months prior to applying and next month I will 6 months worth of pay slips. Would they accept that if let's say they send a refusal on the 20th and I have 14 days to appeal which would give us enough time to have a complete set of 6 pay slips?
Or would i have to show them 6 payslips from 6 months prior to the original application .
Any advice would be appreciated !
Thanks for reading sorry I know I'm not the most eloquent of writers !
