Asylum claim refused but leave granted under appendix fm

Hello all,

My asylum claim has been refused after two years battle but l have been granted under appendix FM specifically under appendix FM D-LRPT 1.2 about a week ago and yet to receive my biometric residence permit. But i have no idea what that leave is, whether 2.5 years route or 5 years route.

I did biometric all free and didn't pay nothing but i do not know which leave am going to get.

My partner is settled and my 2 daughters all British citizens .

Please any ideas. Thank you

D-LTRP.1.2 is the 10 year route to settlement.
