Tier 2 visa expire 1 month before ILR

Hello,
I came to UK on tier 2 visa in 2014 and got my ILR last year. My spouse’s first tier 2 dependent visa was issued on 5 August 2015. Her visa is expiring on 10 June 2020. I understand that she can apply for an ILR on 8/9 July but she still has a short fall of 29 days visa period. I want to know which visa will she apply to cover that 1 month gap before the ILR application.
