IELTS Academic test validity?

Hi Guys,

I am wondering if the IELTS Academic test is valid beyond 2 years of taken it the same like the B1 test.
I am applying for extension of spouse visa (FLR - 2.5 years) by the end of February 2020. The same IELTS certificate was accepted by the HO when I applied for the initial 2.5 years spouse visa.
The test was taken in an approved SELT centre on 13/05/2017 with an overall scoring of 8.5 (CEFR: C2 -
Speaking: 7.5; Listening: 9; Reading: 9; Writing: 7.5).

Or do I still need to take the B1 test?

If that test certificate has UKVI unique ref number and was previously used then it will be acceptable provided the test centre is still on list.
