Applying to extend my dependent visa

My husband is settled in the UK with an ILR and I am making an application to extend my current dependent visa as it expires in March. The question I am confused about is:

"Is your partner financially responsible for supporting anyone you have not already given details for"

He doesn't have any kids, but his widowed mother is financially dependent on us, however, she is based in India. Should I say yes and enter his mother's details or would it not apply for people outside UK?

Heya,

I have a PBS Dependent visa and my husband is on Tier 2 general Leave to remain. Just realised that I was filling the wrong form. Needed to fill the PBS Dependent - Partner visa form, but was filling the family route form instead. My question isn't really relevant anymore as the PBS dependent form is pretty straightforward.
