I am just wondering that do I need to to complete the change of circumstance form to tell UKBA(?) BRP(?) for my marriage and baby?
I got my ILR from unmarried partner visa (The unmarried partner is going to be my husband).
As I hold ILR my marriage won't be informed to Home Office when I give a notice to my local council for the marriage.
Also my husband is British and I have ILR live in the UK so my baby will be British citizen automatically.
I understand I need to apply a new BRP card if I change my name due to marriage but I am not going to change my surname. I can't see any information regarding marriage and having baby on the government website but on the change of circumstance form it says, "The applicant may also use this form to notify UK Visas and Immigration of any other information that they think that we should know"
I guess I am a bit overcautious but just want to make sure. If anyone knows the answer please help me.
