Spouse Visa & DLA

Hi Everyone,
I need some advice, I recieve DLA for my 2 year old £350 A month, £82.80 child benefit and savings of £20,000. Is that enough to call my spouse over from Saudi?
I was under the impression that I should Recieve carers (which I'm not entitled to) to be exempt of 18,600 but been told by a friend that getting DLA for my 2 year old means I'm exempt.
Can someone clarify please?

Various sections and pages e.g. page 8 mention DLA as one of the allowances that qualify for exemption from meeting financial threshold, how it applies to person receiving on behalf of a child and being able to use for calling spouse is what leave to more knowledgeabke persons and moderators to state as it applies to your situation.

You may be best waiting until your meeting with a lawyer for advice. The guidance for the adequate maintenance route is linked below. To an extent, this will likely depend on whether you receive DLA or whether your child does. Based on the guidance, I'm not sure that your child receiving DLA could be used towards the adequate maintenance financial requirement whereas clearer information is provided where the visa applicant's partner is in receipt of the benefit. It may be that the only option is relying on the exceptional circumstances provisions of the immigration rules but, again, some professional advice may be your best bet there.
